BEETROOT MEZUKUPURATTI...

INGREDIENTS

  1. Beetroot-1 (cut into small pieces)
  2. Onion-half (optional)
  3. Turmeric Power-1/4tsp
  4. Red Chilli powder- 1/2 tsb
  5. Garam masala- 1/2 tsb
  6. Water
  7. Salt
  8. Oil

PREPARATION METHOD

Wash the Beet root.Cut the beetroot in to small cubes.
Put them in a frying pan and add water. Boil them. when the beetroot made half add the powders and salt. stir well. when the water fully evaporates add oil and fry them well.
